MEP & electrical

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing — HVAC, low-current, kitchen extraction — engineered and coordinated with the build so nothing clashes above the ceiling.

S·02

Joinery & woodwork

Custom furniture, banquettes, counters, paneling, slatted screens, feature ceilings and millwork — drawn for the brand, built to take daily commercial life.

S·03

Metalwork

Brass, steel and powder-coated frames, screens, fixings and feature elements — made to match the drawings exactly, then finished by hand.

S·04

Flooring & finishes

Natural stone, large-format porcelain, microcement and timber — laid dead level, sealed and detailed for high-traffic commercial life. Paint, plaster and specialist finishes as the last layer.

S·05

Ceilings & partitions

Space planning, partitions, feature and acoustic ceilings — the bones of the plan, set out to the millimetre.

S·06

Signage & lighting

Illuminated facades, channel letters and wayfinding; architectural, linear and statement lighting — from concealed coves to the centrepiece chandelier.

FF&E

Furniture, fixtures and equipment — specified, procured, delivered and installed as part of the one programme, not an afterthought.

Handover & aftercare

Commissioning, snag closure, as-builts and warranties in one file — and a defined aftercare window where we still answer the phone.
